Error Description: Error in uploaded file, line too small
Cause / Fix: Upon receiving this error, you should view the original file. In this instance we could visually identify one line that looked to have fewer characters in the bank account number field than the others. By other details on that line we could identify the affected supplier, and then checked Synergy to find that the bank account number for this supplier was incorrect and missing a number. Once this was corrected in the software, the import worked successfully.
