From Synergy Build 389 onward, you can now add your own company logo to your Invoices, Statements and Reminders.
You will need your own logo image to add the logo. We recommend your logo image be the following dimensions
550 (width) x 80 (height), in pixels, and will need to be in JPG format.

Set Up Your Forms & Logo
To find the setup options required, go to Company / Setup > Accounts Receivable > Configure module:
Choose the Forms You Wish to Add the Logo to:
On the Accounts Receivable - Configure Module screen, select the Forms tab:
Here you can click the dropdown to change the settings for Invoice/Credit Note, Draft Invoice and/or Statements to "Template".
Reminders are configured in a separate area, as explained further below in this guide.
Select Your Logo Image
Click the Select Template Logo button
This will open the following window, where you can click the paperclip icon to browse for your image file (it will only let you select JPEG image files).
Once you have selected your image click Save
Set Reminders to Use the Template Logo
Reminders are configured on a different screen, they will still use the logo you selected in the previous step, but to change the setting for reminders to use the Template Logo, go to:
Company/Setup > Accounts Receivable > Reminder Text
Here you can edit each type of reminder by clicking Edit and changing the Type of Letter/Card to Template Reminder
